Better Vape - Pickup Order Terms of Service

Welcome to Better Vape's online ordering system! By placing a pickup order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of service. These terms are designed to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and provide a seamless experience for all our customers.
1. Age Restriction
- You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order with Better Vape.
- A valid, government-issued ID proving your age will be required at the time of pickup. Failure to present a valid ID will result in the cancellation of your order without a refund.
2. Compliance with Laws
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase vaping products in your jurisdiction.
- Better Vape complies with all applicable state and federal regulations regarding the sale of tobacco, nicotine, and vaping products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these laws.
3. Payment Terms
- All orders must be paid in full at pick up.
- Orders will not be released until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Pickup Requirements
- Pickup orders are only available during store hours at the location specified in your order.
- Orders must be picked up within 5 days of the confirmation notification. After this time, unclaimed orders will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
- The person picking up the order must match the name and ID provided during the ordering process.
5. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the store directly for assistance with any modifications.
- Better Vape reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Pickup orders are subject to our in-store return/exchange policy. Any returns will be made in store credit.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
- Better Vape respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely to fulfill your order and comply with legal requirements.
8. Liability
- Better Vape is not responsible for any misuse of the products purchased. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with using vaping products.
9. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, you confirm that:
